Job Summary
The Hochschule für bildende Künste Hamburg (HFBK Hamburg) is seeking a Building Services and Energy Technology Engineer to manage technical and infrastructural building operations. This role involves strategic site development with a focus on sustainability, implementing a Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, and establishing an energy management system. You will also utilize controlling instruments and prepare regular reports. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering sciences or comparable skills and experience. - Must have a recognized degree or equivalent skills and experience. If the university degree was obtained outside the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, recognition in Germany must be proven. Proof of recognition from the Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB) is required. Current performance appraisal or employment reference (not older than 3 years) is needed.
