Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician specializing in MSR technology and building automation to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, commissioning, installation, setup, and software updates of testing systems. You will also perform independent repairs, upkeep, service work, and calibrations on MSR and control systems. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, you will analyze and resolve issues, provide system training, and assist with troubleshooting. The ideal candidate possesses a technical education in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, with experience in MSR technology for buildings and industrial plants. Familiarity with PLC programming is a plus. A professional, service-oriented demeanor and a driver's license are required.
