IT Procurement Manager and Application Manager | IT-Einkäufer und Anwendungsmanager (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the strategic IT procurement process, including IT purchasing and software license management. You will oversee and monitor the IT budget, support budget planning and forecasting, and manage supplier relationships and external service providers. Additionally, you will handle user and access management, and provide second and third-level support for applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mapping business processes within applications, excellent negotiation skills, and a structured, analytical approach to work.
