Job Summary

Join the Landratsamt Heilbronn, a modern public service provider, as an Accounting and Payment Transactions Clerk. In this role, you will primarily manage accounting for waste management, process SAP payment runs, batch inputs, and SAP jobs with error handling, and handle SEPA mandates for waste management. You will also cover general accounting tasks within the district treasury. The position requires a completed apprenticeship in middle administrative services, as a certified administrative assistant, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, with a preference for SAP and Owi 21 knowledge. Required Skills

Education

Completed apprenticeship in middle administrative services, or as a certified administrative assistant, or completion of the First Examination according to the Salary Ordinance (VKA) or Angestelltenlehrgang I, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement).

Experience

  • Professional experience in accounting and payment transactions
  • Experience with SAP systems, specifically in payment processing and batch jobs
  • Experience in handling SEPA mandates
  • Experience in general accounting tasks
  • Willingness to complete Angestelltenlehrgang I (Employee Training Course I)
