Job Summary
Join a dynamic management team focused on Artificial Intelligence and Conversational AI platforms as a Working Student. You will actively support the Product Owner in enhancing DATAGROUP's Conversational AI platform. Your daily tasks will involve preparing and optimizing knowledge for AI applications, analyzing user requests and intents, creating and structuring knowledge articles, and adapting information for Large Language Models (LLMs). You will also extract relevant user information from technical documentation, coordinate with various departments, and contribute to improving AI-driven support processes and knowledge structures. This role is ideal for students seeking practical experience in digital solutions and AI, offering exposure to an innovative product environment with direct customer relevance and opportunities for personal development.
Required Skills
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, IT Management, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Interest in digital products and service management processes
- Ideally, initial experience in Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Basic knowledge in cloud technologies, IT architectures, and business IT software
- Structured and self-directed work approach
- Good communication skills with an aptitude for target-group-oriented communication and documentation
