Job Summary

This role is for a Technician or Master Craftsman specializing in Piping and Plant Construction, offering a permanent full-time position with a reputable client. You will be responsible for the professional prefabrication, assembly, and commissioning of piping systems, providing technical leadership and ensuring smooth project execution. Key duties include coordinating with other trades and external service providers, managing warranty work, leading and instructing a team of skilled workers, and planning/procuring necessary materials and resources. The ideal candidate possesses a completed apprenticeship in a metal trade or equivalent, ideally with further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman, coupled with professional experience in piping construction and assembly, and good knowledge of ship systems. Proficiency in MS Office and good German and English language skills are also required, along with a willingness to travel.
