Job Summary
This role involves providing technical support to national and international customers for products and systems via phone, online, and on-site. You will analyze complex technical challenges, develop customer-oriented solutions, and prepare/conduct customer training sessions in German and English. The position also includes creating training materials, documenting technical information, supporting new product launches, conducting product testing, and collaborating with various departments to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a technical education, experience in measurement and building services technology, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Technical training and technician degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or comparable qualifications
Experience
