Job Summary
Join the Leipzig University of Applied Sciences (HTWK Leipzig) as a lead for Digitalization, IT Governance, and Competence Development. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the university's digital future by developing and coordinating its digitalization strategy, aligning with university leadership and key stakeholders. You will also support the enhancement of information security, oversee digitalization projects, and lead the implementation of new systems like document management and campus management solutions. A significant part of your responsibility will involve the strategic development and coordination of digital competence building initiatives for university staff. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, a comparable MINT subject, or Business Administration.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the IT sector (e.g., IT Service Management, IT Project Management)
- Profound knowledge in strategic management
- Experience in IT governance
- Experience in project management
- Experience with a campus management system is desirable
- Leadership competency
