Eligibility for the first entry level of career group 2 (formerly higher administrative service) in the general administration career path, career branch non-technical administrative service, as a civil servant (m/f/d). For foreign degrees, proof of equivalence is required.

• Leadership experience in Quality Development, Planning, and Coordination of Public Health Services and Health Planning
• Professional experience in public health services
• Professional experience in public administration
• Experience in personnel management and planning
• Experience in financial controlling
• Experience in analyzing health needs and strategic health planning
• Experience in acquiring funding for projects
• Experience advising political and administrative bodies

• Civil servant status required (or eligibility for it)
• Secure command of written and spoken German at C1 level of the CEFR
• Submission of a current performance review or employment reference or arrangement for its creation
• Costs incurred during the selection process cannot be reimbursed
