Job Summary
This role focuses on the administration, operation, and further development of the Communication & Collaboration infrastructure across all KAGes locations. You will be responsible for managing the Cisco-based UC core platform, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, SIP trunks, voice gateways, dial plans, and endpoints. The position also involves operating and enhancing modern collaboration solutions like Cisco Webex, Cisco Meeting Server, and Cisco Contact Center. The ideal candidate will have a technical education with an IT focus or equivalent qualification, several years of experience in Unified Communications or Calling & Collaboration, and strong knowledge of Cisco UC environments. Familiarity with ITIL processes and information security standards is also required. This is a full-time, permanent position with on-call duties and potential maintenance work outside regular hours.

Education
Completed technical training with an IT focus or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience in Unified Communications or Calling & Collaboration
- Professional experience in Cisco UC environments (Call Manager, Webex, Meeting Server, Contact Center)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (especially Incident and Change Management)
- Familiarity with information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS)

- Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call duty and planned maintenance outside regular working hours. Proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella required upon commencement of employment.
