Job Summary

This role involves providing operational IT field support in Wolfsberg, focusing on handling incidents and service requests, and offering on-site user support. You will act as a liaison between IT and Medical Technology Service Desks, Field Support teams, and hospital departments. Responsibilities include coordinating external service providers, contributing to site-specific projects, system rollouts, and supporting the standardization and development of field support processes. The position requires documentation within ITSM and Knowledge Systems, and SAP. Required Skills

Education

Matura (high school diploma) with a focus on Informatics/Communication Technology or related subjects, or a non-technical Matura with relevant professional experience. Further training and education opportunities are available.

Experience

  • Matura (high school diploma) with a focus on Informatics/Communication Technology or related subjects, or a non-technical Matura with at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Professional experience in IT Field Support or a similar role.
  • Experience with IT support and service processes (ITIL) is advantageous.
  • Experience in IT network technology is advantageous.
  • Experience in medical technology is advantageous.
  • Experience in cyber security is advantageous.
