Job Summary

This role involves leading the electrical maintenance team, ensuring the availability and proper functioning of electrical systems, including medium and low voltage installations. You will be responsible for technical and disciplinary management, employee development through coaching and training, and ensuring compliance with electrical organizational duties. Key tasks include error diagnosis, troubleshooting, planning preventive and condition-based maintenance, managing spare parts inventory, and contributing to the specification and implementation of new machinery. The position also involves optimizing maintenance processes, developing digital maintenance structures, and supporting automation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, ideally with some leadership experience, and possess solid PLC knowledge.
