Job Summary
Join Roto as an IT Expert specializing in M365 & Modern Workplace solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous development and operational management of the Microsoft M365 tenant, including Entra ID, Azure B2C, and Endpoint Manager optimization. You will ensure the availability of Unified Communications services like Teams, SharePoint, Voice/Softphone, Contact Center, and Exchange Online. A key part of your contribution will involve consulting with business units to develop effective M365-based solutions and supporting the migration of applications and infrastructures to MS Azure under a cloud-first strategy. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 product family (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Voice/Softphone, Entra ID/AD)
- Good knowledge in the implementation of cloud infrastructures based on Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, PowerShell, Bicep, etc.)
- Experience in hybrid architectures (Azure)
- Experience in co-designing innovative projects, applying diverse expertise and a broad technology spectrum
