Job Summary
Deutsche Bahn is seeking a Junior Energy Specialist Coordinator to join their team in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing energy-saving targets, advising and controlling station management on energy-related matters, and developing, prioritizing, and coordinating measures to improve energy efficiency in stations. You will also collaborate with experts to optimize technical specifications for new and modernized facilities from an energy perspective, and continuously develop the energy management system. The position requires evaluating the feasibility and economic viability of energy-saving proposals and conducting success controls to ensure knowledge transfer. This is an attractive opportunity to contribute to sustainable infrastructure development within Germany's largest engineering firm.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Energy Technology, Energy Management, Technical Building Equipment (TGA), Building Technology / Energetics, Building Services Engineering, or Industrial Engineering; OR Master Craftsman's or Technician's qualification in a relevant field with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Successful completion of a degree in Energy Technology, Energy Management, Technical Building Equipment (TGA), Building Technology / Energetics, Building Services Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Alternatively, a Master Craftsman's or Technician's qualification in a relevant field with relevant professional experience.
- Ideally, practical experience in energy-efficient construction, building technology, CO2 balancing, or comparable expertise.
- Basic knowledge of applicable energy legislation.

Additional
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to transport stations in the Rhein-Main region.
