Job Summary

This role involves processing impact mitigation measures for urban development plans, large commercial and agricultural projects, spatial planning procedures, and approval/plan determination processes. You will assess impacts on nature and landscape, decide on compensation measures or fines, manage security deposits, and review projects according to air quality and environmental impact assessment regulations. The position also requires conducting consultations with authorities and stakeholders, participating in scoping meetings, and preparing expert opinions on nature conservation. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Landscape Management, Landscape Planning, Nature Conservation, Ecology, or Biology, along with GIS and MS Office skills. This is a fixed-term, full-time position with opportunities for flexible working hours and professional development.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree (Diploma/FH or Bachelor) in Landscape Management, Landscape Planning, Nature Conservation, Ecology, or Biology.

Experience

  • Professional experience in processing impact mitigation measures
  • Experience in evaluating impacts on nature and landscape
  • Experience in coordinating compensation measures or financial penalties
  • Experience in handling security deposits and land charges
  • Experience in reviewing projects according to TA Luft and UVP regulations
  • Experience in conducting consultations with authorities and stakeholders
