Job Summary
Join a leading German company focused on sustainable energy solutions as a Working Student in IT Organization. You will play a key role in migrating our existing intranet to a modern Microsoft SharePoint Online platform. Your responsibilities will include assisting with content migration and structuring, coordinating with various departments for content quality assurance, and supporting the introduction of an information chatbot. You will also contribute to the conceptualization of the intranet as a central hub for internal processes and communication, and liaise with international stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT project management and digital collaboration tools within a company driving the energy transition.
Required Skills
Education
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Information Management, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Basic experience with intranets, content management systems, or knowledge platforms is ideal (not mandatory)
- Professional experience in IT organization or related fields is implied by the nature of the role
- Experience in content migration and structuring is required for this role
