Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the stable and performant operation of the SAP system landscape, including installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for user and authorization management, as well as managing backup and recovery processes. A significant part of the role (25%) focuses on supporting and developing the SAP HR (HCM) module, analyzing and implementing requirements from HR departments, and performing customizing. You will contribute to projects for system evolution, including migrations and upgrades (e.g., S/4HANA), and manage interfaces between SAP and third-party systems. The ideal candidate possesses several years of experience in SAP Basis operations, strong knowledge of SAP HR (HCM), SAP system architecture, transport management, and user/authorization management. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are essential. This position offers a high degree of independence and responsibility within a dynamic team.
