Job Summary

Join GlobalFoundries as a Junior Mixed-Signal Memory Circuit Designer, contributing to the schematic-level design of critical memory circuits like SRAM peripherals, sense amps, and OTP/NVM blocks. You will support design and simulation of analog/mixed-signal blocks, evaluate simulation results, and collaborate with layout engineers to assess layout impacts. This role involves assisting with pre- and post-layout simulations, understanding DRC/LVS, and supporting the integration of memory macros into SoCs. The position offers a unique opportunity to learn key memory architecture concepts, analyze test data, and gain experience in silicon bring-up and debug within a leading semiconductor manufacturer. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a basic understanding of analog/digital circuits and familiarity with schematic capture and simulation tools.
