Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead C# / .NET Expert to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a stable, extensible plugin system for international data exchange using .NET. You will have technical oversight of application development, operations, and evolution, significantly contributing to software architecture and technical decisions within an international team. Your responsibilities include technically leading other developers through guidance and code reviews, actively participating in agile ceremonies, and collaborating with international partners. You will also manage deployment, monitoring, and operation in Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), focusing on performance optimization and quality improvement. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in .NET/C#, distributed systems, CI/CD, and has prior experience in a lead or architectural role.

- Several years of professional experience as a C# Developer, .NET Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, or Software Engineer.
- Proven experience in building distributed systems.
- First experience in a lead or architectural function with technical co-responsibility.

- Proficient knowledge in DDD, Clean Architecture, or comparable design paradigms.
