This postdoctoral position involves investigating the role of innate lymphoid cells (ILC2) in shaping the tumor microenvironment, exploring crosstalk with tumor, stromal, and immune cells. Experience

  • Profound knowledge in cellular immunology or tumor biology.
  • Experience in culturing and phenotyping primary dendritic cells.
  • Practical experience in flow cytometry, cell culture (cell lines, primary tumor cells and immune cells), immunoassays, single-cell RNA sequencing, tumor microenvironment studies, and human primary samples.
  • Knowledge in bioinformatics or data analysis tools is advantageous.
