You will be responsible for capacity planning, resource management, and optimizing processes, tools, and standards, potentially including EPLAN. Ensuring accurate documentation and supporting production are key. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, several years of experience in a similar role, and strong knowledge of electrical design, project management, and standardization. Leadership skills, a hands-on mentality, and excellent communication are essential.
