Job Summary
Join TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK, a key player in naval defense technology, as a Hydroacoustic Engineer. In this role, you will analyze customer requirements and develop innovative solution concepts for sonar transducers. You will be responsible for designing sonar transducers, validating their properties through numerical models (e.g., FEM), and developing new design methodologies. You will also identify and evaluate acoustic, structural-mechanical, and fluid-mechanical interactions, and prepare technical reports for clients. The ideal candidate has a STEM degree or equivalent technical qualification, knowledge of technical acoustics and mechanics, and strong presentation skills. This is a fixed-term position until September 30, 2027, offering a dynamic, high-tech environment within a growing marine company.

Experience
- Professional experience in technical acoustics and mechanics
- Experience in designing hydroacoustic systems
- Experience with numerical modeling (e.g., FEM)

- Experience in preparing and presenting technical reports
- Experience in analyzing customer requirements
