Job Summary

Lead a team of nine IT professionals as the Head of IT for Membership Products & Services, overseeing strategic development and day-to-day operations. You will manage key internal client accounts and external partners, driving IT projects from initiation to successful completion. Responsibilities include IT planning, budgeting, and technical ownership of IT systems related to membership services and tourism, covering the entire software lifecycle from concept to production and ongoing operational support. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent, with several years of IT leadership or project management experience, preferably in a technical environment. Strong communication, customer focus, and resilience are essential.
