We are seeking a Building Services Technician with experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (SHK) and Building Technology to join a leading German service provider in Aviation, Facility, and Industry. This role involves the maintenance, repair, and inspection of building technical systems, including coordinating external companies. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a central heating and ventilation installer, SHK (Sanitary, Heating, Climate) systems mechanic, electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, or equivalent extensive experience in service technology within building management.
Experience
- Professional experience in building technology systems maintenance and repair
- Experience in technical building management / facility management is desirable
- Experience in coordinating external service providers for maintenance and repair work
- Experience with troubleshooting and implementing solutions on-site
