Job Summary
Join Lücking & Härtel GmbH, a leading engineering and consulting firm specializing in environmental protection, as a Noise Pollution Control / Noise Measurement / Acoustics Specialist. In this role, you will apply sound propagation software for noise prediction, prepare expert reports on noise pollution control, and conduct noise measurements for facility acceptance and events. You will also advise clients on noise pollution control and building acoustics, perform site surveys, and attend authority meetings. The position requires a scientific or technical university degree (e.g., Environmental and Architectural Acoustics, Physics, Environmental Engineering), ideally three years of professional experience in noise pollution control or technical acoustics, and knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. A driver's license Class B and willingness for fieldwork are also necessary. Required Skills
Education
Completed scientific or technical university or university of applied sciences degree (e.g., Environmental and Architectural Acoustics, Physics, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences) or equivalent expertise.
Experience
- Ideally three years of full-time professional experience in noise pollution control or technical acoustics, or in the application of sound level measuring technology
- Professional experience in scientific or technical fields
- Experience in applying sound propagation software for noise prediction
- Experience in conducting noise measurements (e.g., acceptance measurements for facilities/events)
- Experience in consulting on noise pollution control and building/room acoustics
- Experience in conducting site surveys and attending authority meetings
