This role involves actively contributing to the implementation of the Baden-Württemberg state concept for Mobility and Climate, focusing on achieving the 2030 targets. The successful candidate will engage with various stakeholders, including associations, companies, and administrative institutions, to foster dialogue and manage related projects. Key responsibilities include translating initiatives into concrete action proposals, such as financial support for municipal measures, and developing a climate protection monitoring system for urban transport initiatives. The position also requires reviewing expert reports and studies on climate protection in transport to enhance state-level measures. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in administration, social sciences, environmental studies, or transport, who is keen on shaping sustainable mobility and climate policies in a dynamic government environment.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diplom or Master's) with a focus on administrative, social, environmental, or transport sciences, or a comparable suitable university degree.

Experience

  • Professional experience with mobility concepts
  • Professional experience with participation formats
  • Professional experience in network building
  • Professional experience with administrative processes
  • Good knowledge of project management
  • Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in managing third parties, especially service providers (advantageous)

Additional

  • This is a full-time position, limited to four years. It is generally divisible and can be filled on a full-time equivalent part-time basis. Eligible for salary group 13 TV-L under civil service conditions.
