Job Summary

Join a modern, forward-thinking shipyard with 80 employees specializing in ship repair, conversion, and metal construction. This role focuses on the independent and timely processing of payroll and salary calculations. You will manage monthly reporting and certifications, maintain employee data, and liaise with health insurance providers, social security institutions, and authorities. The position offers a chance to contribute ideas for continuous company improvement and be part of innovative projects, such as the Wavelab, an autonomous electric ship. The ideal candidate possesses a completed commercial apprenticeship, several years of professional experience, ideally with HR relevance, and strong knowledge of social security and wage tax law. Experience with DATEV and LODAS software, along with MS Office proficiency, is required.
