Job Summary

This role is for a Strategy and Project Planner focused on rural development and human resources development within the Eifel Rural Services Center. You will be responsible for developing concepts and pilot processes for rural development, particularly in relation to agricultural structural change. A key aspect involves advancing the practical implementation of national, federal, and EU strategies for rural development and land management. Additionally, you will devise strategies to attract and foster new talent in these fields. Required Skills

Education

Completed university studies (Bachelor/Diploma) preferably with a degree in Public Administration or a related field.

Experience

  • Completed university studies (Bachelor/Diploma) preferably in Public Administration or a related field.
  • Professional experience in strategic human resources development and/or recruiting young professionals is desirable.
  • Experience in piloting and implementing projects is desirable.
  • Knowledge of EU funding law, environmental law, and specialized law is desirable.
  • Proficient IT skills (MS Office) are desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and high independence and problem-solving competence are desirable.
