Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Service Technician to join our client, an automotive supplier with multiple locations across Germany. This full-time, permanent position involves a range of technical responsibilities, including the installation and configuration of hardware and software, performing rollouts, and providing remote or on-site support for IT issues. You will be responsible for resolving IT problems, managing tickets, and documenting your activities within a ticketing system. The role also includes occasional on-call duties and maintaining customer relationships.
