Job Summary

This senior leadership position as Facility Manager places you in overall charge of building, plant, and infrastructure management for an international industrial company located in Winterthur. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth, reliable operation, maintenance, and upkeep of all technical facilities on site. A core component of this role involves leading critical operational areas, including occupational safety, environmental management, reception, internal logistics, and catering services. You will also be responsible for strategic initiatives, including the planning and execution of key infrastructure and modernization projects, aligning the Facility Management strategy with overall corporate goals. Success requires a completed university degree in Civil Engineering or Facility Management (ETH/FH or equivalent) coupled with significant leadership experience, ideally 5 to 7 years in a comparable function. Expertise in HVAC and electrical systems is essential. This role offers substantial scope for action, allowing you to actively shape processes, drive sustainability initiatives, and manage significant budgets within a modern, international working environment. Strong communication skills in both German and English are mandatory for this highly responsible and long-term oriented position.
