Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team for a full-time, permanent position. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional commissioning of new systems, including process optimization and final customer acceptance. You will also perform service and maintenance, troubleshoot issues on rental storage systems and marketing projects, and provide remote technical support to rental customers. Key tasks include creating test protocols, documenting service operations, identifying recurring errors for development feedback, and conducting customer training. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, hands-on experience, and strong problem-solving skills.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an electrical or mechanical trade, ideally with further training as a Technician/Master Craftsman.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable field is desirable
- Experience with Lithium-ion batteries is preferred
- Experience in commissioning of new systems
- Experience in service and maintenance operations
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair of rental storage systems
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel for national and occasional international assignments.
