Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support for a leading manufacturer of drive technology and gearbox solutions. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting various IT systems, including clients, printing systems, and telephony solutions. Daily tasks include assisting users with system and program errors, analyzing and resolving IT issues, managing mobile device management, and onboarding users onto new systems. The ideal candidate possesses a qualification in IT systems integration or a comparable background, coupled with several years of IT experience. Key technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Intune, and network technologies. Required Skills
Education
Apprenticeship as an IT Systems Integration Specialist, IT degree, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the IT sector.
- Experience in network technology (routing, switching, segmentation).
- Experience in managing Mobile Device Management.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams telephony is advantageous.
