Job Summary

Join a cutting-edge research project focused on combating "paper mills" and fake scientific publications. As a Research Associate, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging academic partners, coordinating collaborations, and managing data access agreements. You'll contribute to research proposals, literature reviews, and scientific publications, while also monitoring partnership progress and preparing reports for diverse audiences. This position involves supporting external communication, participating in conferences, and acting as a contact point for inquiries. The role requires a scientific university education in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science, or Communication Science, along with solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and programming fundamentals (preferably Python). Excellent English communication skills and proven professional interaction with stakeholders are essential. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to scientific integrity and potentially pursue a PhD.

Required Skills

Education

Completed scientific university education (Diploma/Master's) in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science, or Communication Science.

Experience

  • Professional experience in identifying and communicating with academic partners or stakeholders.
  • Experience in coordinating collaborations and data access agreements.
  • Experience in contributing to research proposals, literature reviews, and scientific publications.
  • Experience in monitoring and documenting project progress.
  • Experience in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations.

  • Experience in organizing and managing time effectively.
