Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Engineer specializing in Sterilization and Aseptic processes to join a leading pharmaceutical contract manufacturer in Germany. In this role, you will assess the impact of process technology on aseptic operations, optimize existing aseptic processes, and implement new ones, often leading and supporting projects. You will also monitor and technically evaluate sterilization processes, including handling deviations, risk assessments, and change controls. A key part of your work will involve risk-based optimization of aseptic processes and contributing to the implementation and optimization of autoclave processes. This position offers a challenging and responsible role within a dynamic team, contributing to significant production capacity expansion and working with modern technology in a family-like company culture.
