Job Summary
Join SAGAFLOR, a leading service center for independent garden and pet supply retailers, as an IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for IT support, assisting partners with their daily operations, particularly with the merchandise management system. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues via phone, ticket, remote access, or on-site, managing the company intranet, and handling hardware/software installations. You will also administer the phone system and Microsoft 365, create documentation, and conduct user training. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT System Kaufmann, Informatik Kaufmann, Fachinformatiker, Systemelektroniker)
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Support, ideally with POS systems (merchandise management, cash registers, mobile data capture)
- Experience with Linux server administration
- Experience in explaining technical topics clearly
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Possession of a valid Class B driver's license
