Job Summary

This role focuses on the coordination, digitization, and technical setup of presentation and IT equipment within a school environment. You will be involved in implementing media development plans for construction projects, participating in planning meetings, and managing the procurement and installation of IT and presentation technology. The position also requires monitoring construction progress, overseeing service providers for various projects, and supporting special initiatives like the Digital Pact and new building projects. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in public administration or a related field, strong project management skills, and a keen interest in IT, including MS Office, project management tools, IT networks, PC hardware, and presentation technology. Knowledge of procurement law is also essential. This is a part-time position (28 hours/week) offering a secure, future-oriented workplace with flexible hours and opportunities for mobile work.

Required Skills

Education

Completed studies as a Certified Administrator (FH) in General Administration, or Bachelor of Arts in General Administration or Administrative Economics.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project management, particularly in construction projects and their processes.

  • Professional experience in IT networks, PC technology, and presentation technology.
  • Professional experience with MS Office and project management tools.
