As a People Lead for IT Platform & Cloud Services, you will be responsible for the disciplinary leadership of approximately 40 employees, guiding their personal and professional development through regular feedback, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of responsibility and appreciation. You will collaborate closely with other leads and experts to align personnel and technical requirements, actively supporting your team through transformation processes, especially in modern platform and cloud environments. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership experience, ideally in IT operations, data centers, or cloud services, coupled with a solid understanding of IT operations, cloud services, and service levels. Excellent communication, organizational, and change management skills are essential for success in this role, which offers a flexible work environment with remote options and opportunities for continuous professional growth.
