Job Summary
Diakonie am Campus gGmbH is seeking an Instructor for IT Specialists in Application Development or System Integration, or a comparable IT-focused professional. This full-time or part-time role, initially a fixed-term position for sickness cover, involves training young individuals with special needs. Your responsibilities will include imparting fundamental professional skills according to the training regulations for system integration, preparing trainees for professional life, and actively acquiring internship and job placements. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training or comparable qualification with relevant experience, a driver's license (Class B), and a strong aptitude for teamwork and independent, structured work. Patience, empathy, social competence, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. While not mandatory, an ADA certificate (AdAchein) is desirable.
