Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the functionality and maintenance of building's technical systems, including elevators, backup power, ventilation, and automated doors/gates. You will be responsible for technical projects from planning to execution, including damage assessment in residential construction, determining remediation measures, and managing projects in photovoltaics and electromobility. Key responsibilities include efficient management of timelines, costs, and quality, conducting tender negotiations, and overseeing maintenance contracts. The position requires a qualified electrician, electronics technician, or building and infrastructure systems installer with a master craftsman or technician qualification, along with several years of experience in modernization and maintenance. A Class B driver's license, entrepreneurial thinking, cost awareness, goal orientation, and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician, or building and infrastructure systems installer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, plus a master craftsman or technician qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in modernization and maintenance
- Experience with measurement and analysis equipment for damage assessment
- Ideally, knowledge of public building and planning law, rental and contract law, HOAI, and VOB
