You will handle first and second-level support via phone, remote assistance, and on-site visits, meticulously documenting all support requests in a ticketing system. Key responsibilities include installing and managing workstations, monitoring network and backup systems, analyzing user needs to implement appropriate IT solutions, and deploying and maintaining tablets using an existing MDM solution.
