Job Summary

You'll also handle IT ticket processing (1st & 2nd level support), user administration in Active Directory, and manage bank-specific applications. The position involves executing SQL queries, implementing regulatory requirements like DORA, conducting user training, and assisting with system implementations and IT projects. The ideal candidate will have an IT degree or vocational training, with experience in the banking sector and knowledge of operational IT security and regulatory requirements being advantageous.
