Job Summary
This role focuses on organizing and managing external IT providers to ensure the smooth introduction of new IT services, from architecture to operation. You will be responsible for efficient and legally compliant license management, actively shaping the integration of new IT services, and guiding the entire service transition process. Additionally, you will advise internal departments on technical and licensing matters, analyze complex infrastructures, identify weaknesses, and support the implementation of optimizations. The position requires a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, strong knowledge of IT standards like BSI-Grundschutz, ISO 2700x, ITIL, and Cobit, and experience with Microsoft, Citrix, and virtualization technologies. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT provider management and steering
- Experience in managing the introduction of new IT services
- Experience in license management
- Experience with Microsoft and Citrix technologies
- Experience with virtualization solutions like VMware or VDI
- Experience working with IT standards such as BSI-Grundschutz, ISO 2700x, ITIL, Cobit
- Experience in analyzing complex IT infrastructures
