As a Manufacturing Section Manager for Pre-Assembly, you will ensure efficient and on-time production with a high level of quality. You will lead your team both disciplinarily and technically, acting as the interface to various internal departments. Your role involves guaranteeing work safety and environmental compliance, supporting a Zero Harm culture, and implementing optimization and Lean projects. You will be responsible for resource planning within a flexible 3-shift system, motivating and developing your team, and coordinating maintenance activities.
