You will conceptualize and lead digitalization projects to optimize core housing industry processes, collaborate closely with departments, and handle support requests. The ideal candidate possesses a strong process and digital mindset, IT affinity, and experience in managing digitalization and process optimization projects. This is a permanent, full-time position offering flexible working hours, a 37-hour week, and a supportive team environment within a dynamic housing company.
