Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Agent to provide 1st and 2nd level support for client, network, and Microsoft 365 issues. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for users, analyzing and resolving complex IT problems, managing tickets, and communicating technical information effectively. The ideal candidate will have an IT education or at least two years of demonstrable IT experience in support, system administration, or managed services. Proficiency with Windows client/server systems, IT support, basic networking, user/rights management, and M365 administration is required. This role offers structured onboarding, opportunities for development into second-level support or system administration, and a supportive team environment.

Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or equivalent)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable professional experience in IT (e.g., IT Support/Helpdesk, System Administration, IT Service/Managed Services)
- Experience in IT Support / User Support
- Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
