As a CAM Operator specializing in Stencil Design for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA), you will be responsible for creating and maintaining stencil data using CAD and DV tools. You will also handle panelization, analyze manufacturing data for customer quotes, and coordinate with external stencil manufacturers. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., Technical Draftsman) with further training as a Master Craftsman or Technician, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience with CAD and/or CAM software (e.g., Valor, CAM350 or comparable systems)
  • Understanding of PCB layouts, layer structures, and electronic assemblies
  • Experience in the electronics or PCB environment is ideal
