Job Summary

Join a leading international specialty chemical company as a Research & Development Chemist specializing in Organic Chemistry. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning and executing organic syntheses from laboratory to pilot scale, meticulously documenting and interpreting experimental results. You will also be responsible for isolating and purifying organic molecules, researching new compounds and their applications, and conducting analytical investigations using advanced techniques. Collaboration with other departments for innovative ideas, project planning, and technical assessments is key. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's or PhD in Chemistry with strong organic synthesis experience, proficiency in isolation/purification and analytical methods (HPLC, GC, MS, NMR), and excellent German and English communication skills.
