This role at the Thuringian Ministry for Digital and Infrastructure focuses on leading and implementing the modernization of public registers within the context of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) for Thuringia. You will be responsible for the overarching conception and further development of key digital services like the 'Zuständigkeitsfinder' (responsibility finder), the '115' citizen hotline, and OZG (Online Access Act) implementation projects. The position also involves budget planning, economic feasibility studies, and procurement matters. The ideal candidate possesses a scientific university degree (Master's, Diplom) in economics, law, administration, or IT, with proven project management and process optimization skills, and several years of experience in public administration processes.
