Mac Support Specialist | Mac Supporter (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves providing first and second-level support for macOS devices, including MacBooks, iMacs, and Mac minis. You will analyze and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple systems, set up and manage Macs and Apple services like iCloud and Apple ID, and handle the installation and maintenance of standard software and security updates. A key part of the job is integrating Apple devices into existing IT infrastructures, including Windows environments, and managing devices via MDM solutions such as Jamf. You will also train and support employees in using macOS and document processes and solutions. The ideal candidate has a completed IT apprenticeship, strong knowledge of Apple hardware and software, macOS, and common Apple services, along with experience in networks, IT security, and MDM solutions. Good German and English language skills are required.
