Job Summary

The Landratsamt Heilbronn is seeking a Team Lead for Cadastral Surveying in the Eastern District to manage a team responsible for all types of cadastral surveys. This role involves leading staff, serving as the primary contact for municipalities and clients on surveying matters, acquiring new survey contracts, and conducting complex cadastral and fundamental surveys. The position also requires ensuring continuous quality assurance for the land registry and participating in the technical training of surveying personnel. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Surveying & Geoinformatics or a related field, successful completion of preparatory service for higher surveying administration, and several years of experience in cadastral surveying with in-depth knowledge of regional cadastral records.
